Spring Essentials

Ok I know we are getting to the end of spring now but in Scotland that means its the end of
winter. Believe me.
It is slightly improving, at least there's no ice. This season I stop wearing deep colors and pretend that its nice outside by wearing something I end up shivering in. I'm going to tell you my Spring essentials.

1.
BB cream

I know that wiping foundation out of your life for a while is hard to do but its honestly worth it compared to having a melting face. BB cream is a very good substitute because although it doesn't give as good coverage it gives you UV protection while also evening out your skin tone whilst giving it moisturizing it. I use Maybelline  Dream pure BB for oily skin along with Collection lasting perfection concealer on showing blemishes.

2.
Tissues
Its always worth having a small packet of tissues with you in the spring. I don't get hay-fever but a lot of people I hang around with do and if they are having a bit of a bad time of it it's always worth offering them a nice tissue.

3.
Sunglasses
The sun is so unpredictable  in Spring.
Its raining before you leave the house but as soon as you step outside the sun blinds your eyes forcing you to squint uncomfortably. If you have sunglasses they always make you look so much cooler. I got a pair from Primark for £2

4.
Playsuits
I love playsuits. Mainly because they are so easy to wear but also because they are so comfy.
you can dress them up with a pair of heels, dress them down with a pair of Convervse and make them warm with a pair of thick tights.

5.
Backpacks
this is defently a must. They are perfect for spring/summer outings because you can fit so much in and carry it around without even thinking about it.

So thats it. i hope you all have a great spring and summer. love you.

A Wee Beauty Shopping Day

I feel it is rude of me to blog today without saying sorry for not blogging in about a month. I just don't think anyone's reading it but I really want to so I'm going to try to keep going. I am sorry for my unorganised blog I promise I will get my act together.

Today I had a wee shopping trip with my friends in Glasgow and I bought things that I think would be helpful for those many boring school weeks we have left. I couldn't believe it I went without a jacket in February, because it was a lovely day. We had a hiccup, my friend smashed a blusher in Superdrug and instead of my and my other friend helping her out we were almost peeing ourselves so we galloped away.

Having so little money I tend to go for the essentials and let Birthdays and Christmas  pay for treats.
In this picture you can find; lush pop in the bath £2.95, Charlie Pink body spray £0.99, alberto balsam raspberry shampoo and conditioner £2, Boots heat protect spray £1.72, mini Batiste (dry shampoo) £1.05, Hair cirbies £1, Hair bows £1.50, Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder £3.99, MUA neutrals pallet £4 and Collection  extra volume Mascara £2.99.

I also purchased 2 make-up bags in Poundland, the smaller one for school and larger one for home.
My school essentials  bag will consist of cirbies, body spray, mini hair brush F21 £1, Dry shampoo Collection Perfection lasting concealer £4.17 and Rimmel stay matte powder.

I also bought a blue dress from F21 but I think I might do a summer look book  in May
?

I will be posting very soon so keep a wee eye out for that. I hope you find this helpful because I managed to buy almost everything for under £5 each (I am a super scrimper). See you soon!
